Rainboots

Aaaah, tis rainboot season now. Before things start to freeze up, we will have lots of rain to keep us inside the houses, snuggled up with lots of pillows, warm, sweet rolls, a favorite book, and perhaps a cup of or mom's hot chocolate. I looove those times. =) But, we should enjoy our rain, and be prepared for it with, what else, rainboots!
Rainboots are such a fun way to keep our toes dry and warm when the surroundings look wet. Here are a couple ideas to keep everything fresh.
First off, we have pastel-colored, ankle high boots. Very modern and sophisticated with a touch of classic elegance. I vote these as #1, mostly because of the pink color. =)

We have normal height, boldly-patterned boots ranging in many colors. Again, a lovely choice. I myself have a pair that looks a lot like this, its color being black with lots of small white polka-dots. =D <3
Then we have the pure-vintage, English-cottage feel with many added embelishments.

Last but certainly not least, there are brightly-colored rainboots, so very fun and make your everyday outfit go bold and fresh. This can make your rainy day seem like a sunny one. =)
Sorry for the lack of quality. haha +

Enjoy your rainy days! ;)

Camera Talk

I <3 camera talk. It is so fun. There are many camera languages, though. These is the language where you talk cameras, and there is also that lovely language of simply creating art to tell what is in your heart. The ideas are endless. I love it.
I found some amazing things I wanted to show you. One is this tiiiiny camera. Isn't it adorable? I am in love. x)

SO neat. =D Film really is amazing. To think that God gave one man this idea, and it changed our world forever...

+

I think it is completely awesome that we have lots of cameras. We have really gone through a large number since the first camera came out.
 +
We had these large, lovely cameras where you slip a glass plate in which is the picture, that you then later apply chemicals to in the darkroom..

We had these lovely cameras that pop the lens out held on by paper, basically..

They soon got around to more modern film cameras...=)
+

And recently, within the past 5 years, started making some amazing DSLR cameras. =D
+

And finally, this is what I believe someday this world might have for pictures. Wouldn't it be exciting? =D Just move the play bar for this video about 3/5 of the way through to Padme's Bedroom scene where they are looking at pictures. =)

Enjoy your weekend!

Dream Car

Took you by surprise, didn't it? haha It did the same to me, as well. lol But when I first watched Mission Impossible 3 several years ago, my eyes were drawn to this lovely, bright orange Lamborghini Gallardo. Oh, it is so beautiful. I would have to marry a millionaire in order to receive this baby. haha

If I could not have that car, this would be my second option. Yes, both are on totally opposite ends, but I don't care. I just adore this light blue Volkswagen beetle convertible gorgeousness driven by Emma Roberts (Julia Robert's niece) in Valentines Day. So pretty. I would get one any day, really.
*sighs* I just love em. =) For now, though, I shall just have to work on getting my driver's permit hours in. I have 14 of 60 so far. haha x)
Have a great week!!

Changing..often...

When my mom was younger her mom said she used to change her handwriting every single time she wrote. It was just something she did. The other day my mom came up to me and told me were were alike in yet another way (for we tend to be alike in LOTS of ways, haha). I love to change something. My profile picture. I change it almost daily. I just love doing so. I love the variety. =) If I get married, I will need to have a VERY good wedding photographer to satisfy me. haha x)
=) <3 <3

I love me some Thomas =D

If I had to choose between dogs and cats, I would choose dogs. I looooove dogs. They are so fun. They happen to be adorable, fluffy, have cute wet noses and precious brown eyes, they chase invisible sticks, love belly rubs, and are so self-less, if you ask me. But at the moment, we are dog-less. Instead, we have a 13+ year old cat just recently adopted into our family after friends moved and could not keep him. His name is Tommy. Tommy-Cat, Tom-Toms, Tommy-Boy, Cat-Cat, and my name for him, Thomas. I love me some Thomas. =)
He is an outdoor cat, but he looooves to go inside. Look at his little paw trying to touch something yet not being able to get it fully.... =)
He lUves to get chin rubs. His absolute favorite thing. and I love to give it. <3 <3

=)

In the woods with a book :)

While in England someone I met there took me to a lovely antique store, which was actually a mansion-like house just filled floor to ceiling with treasures ranging from a couple years to several hundred. They had peacocks outside, they had a free tea party you were invited to if you came, and lovely books to purchase. I purchased a beautiful Pride and Prejudice book. It was so gorgeous I couldn't resist a little photoshoot with it. =) <3

Pretty

I think I shall make these my own 'style me pretty' sites. Style Me Pretty is a wonderful site I get my photo inspiration from for lighting, poses, angles, and many other ideas from, as well as brides. They have maybe 3-10 posts a day, with gorgeous pics in each one, one or two I fall in love with, for many reasons. So in Pretty posts I will share these with you. :) <3

This splash of color is so lovely :)
And how adorable is this? Photobooths are amazing. x) <3

Peaches are round, soft, and covered with fur. =)
This may be random to you, but little tiny sandwiches tend to be close to my heart. x)
Enjoy the rest of your week!

Jeans

I love new jeans. They are just wooonderful. The must be thick, no holes, and at the moment, bell-bottom or flare. Maybe one day I will get to skinny jeans, but for now, I will have these. :)

Bottle of perfume... =)

This is my Tommy boy. He is our new, but old-aged cat. We adore him. He loves rubbing his head, especially his jaw, against anything, and daily rubs are what he lives for. (next to sleeping on cardboard)
